At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
