We use high-quality, professional-grade textile acrylics and fabric mediums. These are specifically formulated to bond with fibers, ensuring the design remains flexible and won't crack or peel.
Are the painted items machine washable?
Yes, all items are heat-set for durability. We recommend washing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to preserve the vibrancy of the artwork.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Since each piece is hand-painted to order, our standard processing time is 7-14 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your wearable art is on its way.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely! We love collaborations. Please use our 'Custom Request' form to upload your inspiration or describe your vision, and our artists will provide a quote within 24 hours.
What is your return policy for painted apparel?
Standard collection items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. However, custom-commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a structural defect in the garment.
